So very sorry to hear of Pete’s passing. He was truly a wonderful man with a kind heart and a tremendous love for his family. We remember fondly our times with Pete and Betty and the parties back at the pond with the Egolf’s Excavating Softball girls. You have our deepest sympathy. Your dad was quite a guy and I knew him before I got to know you in jr. high at Avilla. My dad always had him doing some digging on the ditches near us. I remember him lowering my dad into the water of the ditch, getting him wet while helping to get my dad from one side of the ditch to the other. Always in a joking mood and a great guy to work with ! I'll bet nobody has moved more dirt than Pete did! He will be missed by many........
