Tracie Louise Chilcoat

Tracie Louise (Myers) Chilcoat, 61, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, died on Monday, Oct. 9, 2023, at her home, with her daughter by her side.  She was born on Feb. 2, 1962, in Fort Wayne, to Larry and Norma Darlene (Johnson) Myers. Tracie married Paul R. Chilcoat and he preceded her in death.

Tracie was very loving, caring, giving, and was always there for everyone. She enjoyed cooking and loved her K-9 companion, Pooh.

Tracie is survived by her daughter, Brandie (Jeremy) Nordman, of Fort Wayne; brothers, Doug (Billie) Myers, of Columbia City and Christopher (Cindi) Goble, of Big Lake; sister, Candra Canniff, of Columbia City; and grandchildren, Kyller Goble, Cierra Hollon, Noah Hollon, Devon Hollon and Raylin Sturgill. She was preceded in death by her husband; sons, Jeramie Sturgill and Randall Sturgill; parents; and sister, Tamie Myers.

A gathering of family and friends will take place from 4-6 p.m., on Monday, Oct. 16, 2023, at Harper Funeral Home, Albion Chapel, 771 Trail Ridge Road, Albion, IN 46701.

A memorial service will take place at 6 p.m., on Monday, Oct. 16, 2023, at the funeral home.

Pastor Bret Frymier will officiate.
