Thomas Cary Obituary

AVILLA — Thomas A. Cary, 57, of Avilla, passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2021 at Hickory Creek Nursing Home in Kendallville.

He was born on Sept 26, 1963, in Kendallville, to John and Theresa (Meyer) Cary.

Tom was an East Noble graduate and had recently worked for No-Sag. In his free time, he enjoyed repairing small engines, garden tractors, wood working and going to garage sales.

Survivors include his mother, Theresa Cary of Avilla; sister, Janet (Rob) Bevis of Charlotte, North Carolina; and nephews, Jonathon Latta, Owen Latta, Jacob Bevis, and Aaron Bevis. Also surviving is special friend, Gina Grasso and brother in law, Phillip Latta, Jr. He was preceded in death by his father, John Cary and sister, Mary Latta.

A graveside service will take place at a later date at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Avilla.
