Robert Joseph Stienbarger

Albion - Robert Joseph Stienbarger, 94, of Albion, entered into his eternal reward on April 20, 2023.  Born on December 2, 1928, he was a son of Fred and Phoebe (Dodd) Stienbarger.  "Bob" was well known and loved by many people.  He was a US Army veteran, retired from Lincoln Manufacturing, and a member of Albion Apostolic Church for over 60 yeas - serving several as superintendent. Bob was known as a happy and generous man, a Sunday school teacher, newspaper deliverer, camper, fisherman, traveler, "Mr. Man" in the school lunchroom, and a Bible scholar.  He loved talking about Jesus and could be counted on for help when needed.  He enjoyed a full life and will be greatly and lovingly missed.  Survivors include his sons, Robert K., Tim (Sally), Curt (Laura), and Eric (Carol); 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren, and brother, Harold Kaiser.  Bob was preceded in death by his loving wife of 57 years, Grace Ann (Conn) Stienbarger; and son, Michael Stienbarger.

Funeral service will be 1:00pm, Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at Albion Apostolic Church, 1008 E South Street, Albion, with viewing one hour prior.  Viewing also from 12:00pm until 8:00pm on Monday, April 24, 2023 at Harper Funeral Homes, Albion Chapel, 771 Trail Ridge Road, Albion.  Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery, Albion.  Contributions in Bob's memory may be directed to Albion Apostolic Church.
