Mary Inlow-Poyser

Mary Inlow-Poyser, 77, of Albion, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at her home. She was born on October 24, 1947, in Kendallville, IN, to James and Freida (Gaerte) McCoy. On October 23, 1971, she married DeWayne Harold Inlow, he preceded her in death on August 1, 1998. On December 2, 2005, in Columbia City, she married Ron Poyser.

Mary graduated from Albion Jefferson School in 1965. She proudly owned GAT Dedicated, a trucking company. After her “retirement” she worked for American Heritage Trails Bus Corporation. She enjoyed reading, bird watching, gardening, and loved her cats and her trips to the family cabin in Michigan. She was a member of the Noble County Homemakers, and the Albion Bowling League.

Survivors include her husband, Ron; sons Matt Inlow, of LaOtto, Andrew (Stephanie) Inlow, of Fishers; daughter Julie Saalfrank, of Albion; step-sons Terry (Jenale) Poyser, of Columbia City, Mike (Brenda) Poyser, of Churubusco; brothers Jim (Linda) McCoy, of Albion, John (Donna) McCoy, of Albion; grandchildren Christopher Inlow, Tyler Inlow, Logan Inlow, Ava Inlow, Jenna Inlow, Olivia Saalfrank; step grandchildren Kody (Shelby) Poyser, Kory (Hayley) Poyser; and step great-grandchildren Bella Poyser and Briggs Poyser.

She is preceded in death by her parents James and Freida, sister Janice Aungst, Linda Wolfe, Norma Riccius, brother Bill McCoy, and sister-in-law Daisy McCoy.

Funeral service will be 1:00pm, Sunday, November 24, 2024, at Harper Funeral Homes, Albion Chapel, 771 Trail Ridge Road, Albion. Pastor Bret Frymier will officiate. Visitation will be from 2:00pm to 6:00pm, Saturday, November 23, 2024, at the funeral home.
