Marla K. (Storch) Gordon

Marla K. Gordon age 64 of Avilla, IN died Friday, September 24, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. Marla was born on August 19, 1957 in Defiance, OH to Richard F. and Dorene E. (Fischer) Storch. She married Dale F. Gorgon on August 2, 1981 in Hamler, OH.

Marla was a homemaker and was a babysitter for over 21 years. She was very selfless and giving, and enjoyed cooking, baking, crocheting and cross stitching. She was a huge sports fan and loved her grandbabies.

Marla is survived by her husband: Dale F. Gordon, Avilla, IN; parents: Richard F. and Dorene E. Storch, Hamler, OH; sons: Adam (Elizabeth) Gordon, East Lake, OH; Andrew (Sydney) Gordon, Greenwood, IN; Kevin (Chasity) Gordon, Lancaster, KY; Eric Gordon, Sister Bay, WI; daughters: Alyssa Wade, Avilla, IN; Andrea (Austin) Magnuson, Albion, IN; Aimee (Taylor) Kistel, Butler, IN; Danielle (Daniel) White, Middleburg, FL; Trena (Jon) Hiple, Columbia City, IN; sisters: Marty (Tim) Behrman, Deshler, OH; Marsha (Rob) Bostelman, Deshler, OH; 19 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Marla was preceded in death by 2 sons: Dennis Gordon and Aaron Gordon; 2 daughters: Lorilee Ward and Amanda Gordon.

Visitation will take place from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Harper Funeral Homes – Avilla Chapel.

Services will take place at 1 p.m. Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Harper Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Grable.

Burial will follow in Eel River Cemetery, 5313 Solon Road, Ft. Wayne, IN  46818.
