Joyce A (Benton) White

Albion - Joyce A. (Benton) White, 80, of Albion, formerly of Ft. Myers, Florida, passed away on Friday February 22, 2019 at Orchard Pointe Nursing Home in Kendallville.  She was born on January 30, 1939 in Perry County, Kentucky to the late Everett and Viola (Rader) Benton.  Joyce was a certified medical assistant, working for the Foot & Ankle Group in Bonita Springs, Florida.  She was also a member of the Bethel Christian Baptist Church.  Survivors include a daughter, Marchelle (Don) McBride of Albion, son, Everett White of Fort Wayne, daughter, Linda (Dan) Schneider of Fort Wayne, step daughter, Rosalie Trigg of Fort Wayne, and step son Glen White of Fort Wayne.  Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Jennie Troutner, 2 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.  There are no services scheduled to be held at this time.  To leave an online condolence, visit www.harperfuneralhomes.com.
