Donald G Campbell

Donald G. Campbell, 85, of Albion, Indiana, formerly of Loudonville, passed away on Friday, July 24, 2020 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, IN.  He was born on Oct 1, 1934, in Murray City, OH, to David and Nellie (Brooks) Campbell.

Don worked for Town & Country Co-op for many years, and also was employed with Nissan Motorsports Formula One Racing Team.  He enjoyed keeping busy, just recently retiring in 2017 at the age of 82.  On Nov 4, 1977, in Newport Beach, California, he married Judy Adams.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Campbell of Albion, IN; sons, Brad (Susan) Campbell of Pennsylvania, and David Campbell of Florida; a daughter. Mary, of North Carolina; step-son, Ken Penley of Churubusco, IN; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Duane Campbell; and a brother, Leonard.

Funeral service will be 2:00pm Friday, July 31, 2020 at Harper Funeral Homes, Albion Chapel, 771 Trail Ridge Road, Albion.  Pastor Fred Shoemaker will officiate.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral service.  Those attending are required to wear face masks.  Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery, Albion, IN.  In Lieu of Flowers, contributions in Don's memory should be directed to Mt.
