Constance Waters

Constance “Connie” Waters, 73, of Albion, Indiana, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2024, in her home. She was born on June 10, 1950, to Max and Donna (Butler) Harris, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Connie graduated from Bishop Luers High School and retired from GTE in 2002.

Connie enjoyed going to the casino, gambling on horse races, and her dogs. She also enjoyed watching The Price is Right, and Let’s Make A Deal.

Survivors include her son, Jason Graf; daughter, Michelle Graf; brothers, John (Kim) Harris, Kevin (Carole) Harris; sister, Pollie (Pat) Knight; and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding Connie in death are her parents; her husband, Gary Ellwood; sister Julie Jackson; and brother Kelly Harris.

A time to celebrate Connie’s life will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024, 2pm-4pm, at the Albion American Legion Post 246, 410 E Park Drive, Albion.
