Charlene E Rugg

Albion - Charlene E. Rugg passed away at her home on May 23, 2024.  She attended Northside High School.  She retired from Victor Reinz.  Charlene resided in Albion, Indiana for over 30 years.  She enjoyed working in the yard and growing lots of flowers.  Charlene loved her family and friends deeply and was a loving and caring person who made an impact in everyone's life she came into.  Survivors include her daughter, Tammy Wenhart (Don Flaugh); 5 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.  Her brother, Terry (Freda) Davis also survives.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell L. Rugg; mother, Mary Traughber Davis; father, Ora Davis; and sister, Sherry Sowards.

A graveside service will be held at 12 Noon on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at Lakeview Cemetery in Kendallville.
