Brent is survived by 2 brothers: Joe (Lori) Blotkamp, Avilla, IN; Mitch (Deb) Blotkamp, Avilla, IN; 4 sisters: Jan Bryant, Angola, IN; Rhonda (Dave) Dye, Avilla, IN; Suzy(Terry) Campbell, Albion, IN; Stacy (Chris) Pattee, Wolcottville, IN.

Brent was preceded in death by his father: Raymond J. Blotkamp and Mother: Rita A. (Norm) Rowe
