Annette Smith Obituary

Fort Wayne - Annette "Nanny" Smith, 91, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2020.  She was born on January 11, 1929 in Osceola Mills, PA, to John and Antoinette Contadeluci.  She retired from Kroger Corporation and was a member of Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church.  Words can't express the depth of love she had for her family; and they for her.  Survivors include her daughters, Sally (John) Jones, and Darla (Mike) Kellermeyer, grandchildren, Gina (Juan) Villanueva, John (Amanda) Jones, Angela (Mike) Habib, Michael (Abigail) Kellermeyer, Summer Smith, Benjamin (Hayley) Smith, Amanda (Tony) Fowler, and Samantha Smith.  Also surviving are great grandchildren, Katie (Ryan) DeForest, Kamron (Alexandra) Sabol, Nicholas Jones, Elena Villanueva, Emma Smith, and Ella and Olive Kellermeyer, and great great grandchildren, Rye, Anastasia and Matthew Sabol, and Lucy DeForest.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Blair Smith;  son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Susan Smith; and a great grandson, John Michael Villanueva.  A private mass will be held in her honor at a later date.  Contributions in Nanny's memory may be directed to The Cottage at Heritage Park Nursing Home, 2001 Hobson Rd., Ft.
