Timothy S. Simmons age 44 of Avilla, IN passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2019. Timothy was born January 24, 1974 in Kendallville, IN to Daniel Leon Simmons Sr. and Janice (Prater) Simmons. Timothy married Mary Ann Koch on April 8, 2004 in Albion, IN. He was a material handler at Kautex in Avilla since 2006.

Timothy is survived by his wife: Mary Ann Simmons, Avilla, IN; parents: Daniel Leon and Janice Simmons Sr., Kendallville, IN; brothers: Daniel Leon Simmons Jr., TN; Darien Simmons, LaGrange, IN; step-son: Timmy Rarick and his children, Tyson and Olivia Rarick, Kendallville, IN and his pets: Kiki and Boo.

As per Timothy’s wishes – No services will take place.

Burial at a later date in Lakeview Cemetery – Kendallville, IN
