Karen M (Long) Winebrenner

Karen M. Winebrenner, 77, of Merriam, died on Thursday March 1, 2018. She was born on June 24, 1940 in Kimmell, to the late Robert and Emmagean (Norris) Long.  She was a graduate of Albion High School. Karen was the owner of Winebrenner Antiques. She married Robert Winebrenner on September 19, 1958.  He survives in Merriam. They have three sons, Dave (Christy) Wawaka, Daren (Angi) Ft. Myers, FL, and Sam (Theresa) Columbia City.  Also surviving are sisters Delores Claxton Columbia City, and Robin (Ralph) Caudill of Kendallville, 11 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren surviving.  Preceeded in death by her mother and father, a grandson, Zach; and a sister.  Funeral Service is 10:30 am Monday March 5, 2018 at Harper Funeral  Homes, Albion Chapel, 771 Trail Ridge Road, Albion, with visitation one hour prior to service. Visitation will also be held from 2pm – 8pm Sunday March 4, 2018 at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Christian Chapel Cemetery in Merriam.
