Janice M. Redfield

Albion - Janice M. Redfield, 84, of Albion, passed away on Tuesday Jan 16, 2018 at Lutheran Life Villages in Kendallville.  She was born in Albion on June 16, 1933 to the late John and Dorothy (Campbell) Zollinger.  She worked with children throughout her entire life, including infant care at Noble House, teaching miniatures to 4H kids, and as an educator while living in California.  She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and crafts in general.  Janice was also a member of the Albion Wesleyan Church.  She leaves behind her sons, Les (Marilyn) Redfield of Orange, California, and Gary Redfield of Frasier, Colorado, daughters, Doreen (Andrew) Caldwell of LaGrange, and Diane Addis of Kendallville.  Also surviving are 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a grandchild, great grandchild, and a brother, Ron Zollinger.  The family will host a time of remembering beginning at 2:00pm on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Albion Wesleyan Church, 800 E Main St., Albion.  Memorials in Janice's name may be directed to a charity of the donor's choice.  To leave online condolenecs, visit www.harperfuneralhomes.com  Arrangements by Harper Funeral Homes, Albion Chapel, 771 Trail Ridge Road, Albion.
