ALBION — Chris Caudill, 43, of Albion, passed away on Friday, May 4, 2018, at his home in Albion following a battle with cancer.
He was born December 27, 1974, in Cook County, Illinois, to the late Dennis and Barbara Caudill. On December 19, 2004, in Zebulon, Kentucky, he married Sonya Yant.
Chris was an auto mechanic for most of his life. He enjoyed collecting almost anything — coins, Hot Wheels cars and antiques. He also loved going to auctions, and spending time with his boys. Chris was known as a guy who would do anything for anybody.
Survivors include his wife, Sonya Caudill of Albion; sons, Tyler Caudill and Dustin Caudill, both of Pikeville, Kentucky; brothers, Mark (Gail) Caudill and Eugene (Cassidy) Caudill of Pikeville; and sisters, Annette (Nelson) Buchanan and Jessica (Bill) Burchett of Pikeville. Also surviving are granddaughters, London Caudill and Stella Caudill.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and nephews Mark Jr. and Timothy.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday, May 7, 2018, at Harper Funeral Homes, Albion Chapel, 771 Trail Ridge Road, Albion, with visitation from 11 a.m. until service time. Pastor Mike Albaugh will officiate. Burial will be in Avilla Cemetery, Avilla.
Memorials may be directed to the grandchildren’s college fund in care of Sonya Caudill.
